The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor delivers care to clients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation and oversees the medically directed services of the agency. He or she effectively interacts with clients, provides information on health maintenance and disease prevention, and provides case management for clients that includes significant others and other health members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. The RN Supervisor will travel to client homes within the service area to ensure proper care is being provided and that procedures and policies are being followed.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, holds a current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in this state, and has at least five years of nursing experience with at least one year of home health experience and two years in a management or supervisory position. He or she must have a current CPR certification, a copy of an updated physical (based on state requirements), and a copy of an updated TB test results/chest x-ray. In addition, he or she has a genuine desire to work with the elderly or disabled, reliable transportation, a valid driver''s license, a clean driving record, and current automobile insurance. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, empathy and the ability to listen, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
