They will also work directly with other department managers and safety staff.
This position requires attention to detail, ability to work fast paced, and be able to multi-task.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, new hire processing and administrative tasks are strongly recommended for this position.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones, greeting employees and customers Data entry Assist on special projects and audits Gather and maintain employee contact information Process and assist with new hires Verify employee information and documents Update daily & monthly reports Maintain office inventory (office supplies & forms)+87
Provide PPE to new employees Update internal database and run safety reports Process Tribal cards for employees
Responsibilities:
Perform customer service duties such as light paperwork and basic data entry.
Answer phones and relay messages to appropriate staff members.
Greet customers and direct them to the right department.
Perform light administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and faxing documents.
Perform clerical tasks such as editing documents or reports.
Distribute mail to the correct recipients.
