Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the shop, including inventory control, sales, and customer service - Manage and motivate a team of shop employees, providing guidance and support - Train and onboard new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge - Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement - Maintain a clean and organized shop environment - Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products Requirements:
- Previous shop management experience or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to interview, hire, train, and manage a team of employees - Strong negotiation skills to work with suppliers and vendors - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed Note:
