The facility is comprised of an indoor grow and 15,000 sf of outdoor grow area.
We are looking to hire someone who can grow into being the Head grower as we develop an addition 1500sf of indoor grow space as well as an additional 1/2 acre of outdoor and/or greenhouses.
Responsibilities include Tending to plants , planting , pruning, transplanting, cloning, pest control, disease detection and prevention, harvesting , bucking and trimming.
The ideal candidate will be willing to learn, Pay attention to details, And have good problem-solving abilities.
Must be organized, have good computer skills and be able to work independently.
Previous experience in construction, plumbing , or electrical is a bonus.
You must be able to work on your feet all day, work on a ladder, and carry equipment up and downstairs.
No commercial grow experience needed.
