We are a busy Plumbing and HVAC company.
It would be a part-time position, up to 24 hours a week or more depending on need.
The job would include normal administrative responsibilities, processing payroll, scheduling appointments, taking messages, etc; as well as managing social media and our website.
This job does require some marketing, as you would be overseeing that as well.
We take customer service very seriously, so we are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as having good customer service skills.
Experience in Quickbooks is a must.
We are looking for someone who is wanting a long-term position at a company and also who is willing to grow with the job as well.
Pay is also DOE.
