ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Cultivate plants from seed/clone to breakdown Fulfilling all duties following all State, OSHA, and Company guidelines and policies Be ready to work in all-weather to maintain plants, prepare the fields and buildings for planting, and learn our way of cultivating Lifting 50lbs
items consistently throughout your shift Some other physical work, such as digging, planting, etc.
Follow all other directions given by the Cultivation Manager Remain flexible and assist in other farm projects as needed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, & Skills) High School Diploma or GED equivalency Must be over the age of 21 Ability to work outdoors for 10 - 12 hrs a day in all weather and temperatures Must have reliable transportation and currently live in New Mexico WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS This role requires regular and on-time attendance As an outdoor farm, temperatures can get over 100F and below freezing.
Farm work is done in the rain, snow, and heat.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs consistently throughout your shift.
Ability to be on feet; standing, walking majority of shift Use of hands, wrists, arms for long periods of time Bending, lifting, squatting Safe use of company provided tools and equipment OT may be required for periods of time based on field demand Standard schedule is Wednesday to Saturday and Sunday to Wednesday 6AM - 4:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
