Essential Job Duties:
Project Planning:
Collaborate with production teams to develop construction plans and schedules. Ensure that all construction activities align with project objectives and timelines.
Safety Compliance:
Maintain a strong commitment to safety by enforcing safety policies, procedures, and regulations on the construction site.
Contractor Management:
Oversee construction contractors and subcontractors. Evaluate contractor performance and adherence to project specifications.
Quality Control:
Monitor construction activities to ensure that work is performed to the required quality standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and quality checks regularly.
Budget Management:
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and work to control costs effectively. Identify cost-saving opportunities and report financial status to Area Manager.
Resource Allocation:
Coordinate the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to support construction activities as needed.
Schedule Management:
Monitor project schedules and make necessary adjustments to ensure that construction milestones are met. Identify and address potential delays and bottlenecks.
Environmental Compliance:
Ensure that construction activities comply with environmental regulations and standards. Implement measures to minimize the environmental impact of construction.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve construction-related issues and conflicts promptly to keep projects on track.
Communication:
Foster effective communication between all project stakeholders, including area manager, engineers, production teams, and regulatory authorities.
- Previous experience in construction management, particularly in the oil and gas industry.
- High school or GED diploma.
- Community colleges and vocational-technical schools in a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in oil and gas production operations, with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Practices and encourages open, honest, and timely communication.
- Lead and foster a culture of ethical behavior that supports compliance programs.
- Self-starter with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must maintain a clean driving record and adhere to Company policies.
- Must be available to work in inclement weather.
- Must be physically able to lift >50 lbs and climb ladders/stairways.

Salary:
$19 per hourEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
