Lead Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an energetic leader that can help take a crew to the next level.
This person will have the responsibility of maintaining the grounds, buildings, and equipment in an efficient and safe manner, with respect for the residents of the community.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leading a crew of 2 to 4 people Performs light plumbing duties.
Perform routine maintenance on the grounds to include cutting, trimming, sweeping, trash pick-up, etc.
as needed.
General maintenance of any areas of the park as requested.
Assists with carpentry work, drywall work, painting, carpet repairs, etc.
Re-keys locks as needed.
Assist residents with repairs.
Ability to follow a maintenance schedule.
Skills and Requirements include:
Courteous and helpful demeanor Experienced in operating general grounds keeping equipment (zero turn mowers, hand tools, power tools, etc.
) Candidates must be able to lift 50 to 80 lbs.

Managing outside vendors work on a daily basis.
Must have two years of maintenance experience.
Must have high school diploma or GED.
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Must have a good driving record.
Must have a history of good work attendance.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Manufactured housing rehab work a plus.
Experience with water meters a plus.
