Aztec, NM Aztec, NM Full-time Full-time $15 - $18 an hour $15 - $18 an hour 12 hours ago 12 hours ago 12 hours ago POSITION SUMMARY The Office Administrator (BC) will oversee the daily administrative functions of the Farm location including hiring and interviewing staff, reconciling timesheets, tracking inventory in BioTrack and enforcing company policies and practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Reviews, tracks, and documents incidents arriving from disciplinary issues, injuries and policy violations.
Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Interview and/or screen new candidates as needed.
Aides new hires in completing New Hire paperwork if needed, forwards New Hire packet to Sr.
HR Coordinator.
Conducts new hire orientation.
Processing and approve timesheets, PTO/Sick requests, COVID/ FMLA Leave Performs routine tasks required for office operations.
Notify all farm staff of policy or changes made by corporate as appropriate.
Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Assists staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
Oversees email/telephone correspondence and mail distribution.
Maintains office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance.
Maintains records and documentation as needed.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Performs other duties as assigned? REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, & Skills) 1-3 years of proven work experience in Administration, or related field? High school diploma or equivalent? Applicants must be able to pass a State background check Ability to problem solve and adjust to changes quickly? Proficiency with office equipment, BioTrack, and Microsoft Office 365? Demonstrated organization skills WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
