Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary - Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services - Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software - Transcribe notes from meetings or other sources as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role - Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines - Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills - Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills Note:
