This position demonstrates proficiency, organization, calmness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
There are multiple levels in the Production Processor realm, separated by various factors.

ESSENTIAL PRODUCTION PROCESSOR CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for maintaining and following Maggie's Farm manufacturing and production procedures Work with management to assure all steps are being taken to assure company compliance.
Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by managers to complete weekly team quota.
Responsible for accurately weighing and recording all wet trim weights Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote quality Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the trim room while performing trimmings Responsible for maintaining Maggie's Farm quality product Removing large fan leaves using hands and discard them into the plant waste trash.
Removing branches and trimming buds.
Manually trim marijuana plants using shears, scissors, hands, etc.
Responsible for maintaining quality product while reaching daily quotas.
Entry level for all new employees in Processing department 30-day probationary period begins on first day If employee does not perform to standard in first 30 days they may be terminated Pay rate:

00/hr REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, & Skills) High School Diploma or GED equivalency Six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in marijuana growing, cultivating, and/or trimming Knowledge and familiarity with cannabis Knowledge of marijuana plant anatomy and strains Ability to focus on task for a long period of time Accuracy and consistency in trimming Ability to accurately weigh and measure Familiarity with trim room procedures WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS This role requires regular and on-time attendance As an outdoor grow, temperatures can get over 100F and below freezing.
Repeated twisting and lifting Repetitive hand, wrist and shoulder movements.
Farm work is done in the rain, snow, and heat.
OT may be required for periods of time based on field demand Standard schedule is Monday - Friday 7:
